JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 15-09-2017 This application has been filed in the year 2010 seeking modification of an order passed on 15.03.2010 in L.P.A. No. 484 of 2010. In L.P.A. No. 484 of 2010, one member committee was constituted to look into the various grievances of the employees inter alia contending that the one member committee is not taking action into the matter and proceeded with the same.

This application was filed in the year 2010 i.e. on 02.11.2010 seeking a direction that one member committee should conclude the proceeding within a period of two months from the date of filing of the application.

Patna High Court MJC No.4620 of 2010 (2) dt.15-09-2017 2/2 Now we are informed that one member committee has already concluded the proceedings and if the petitioner has any grievance, liberty shall be available to the petitioner, to challenge the action of the one member committee or the order passed in the L.P.A. in accordance with law.

In view of the fact that the prayer made in this application for directing the one man committee to submit its report within a period of two months, has already rendered infructuous, we dispose of this application with the aforesaid observation.
