Petitioner is the father-in-law. Looking at the nature of the allegation, alleged, nothing specific comes in terms of role played by him.
Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, in connection with Baniyapur P. S. Case No. 66 of 2015, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
