2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihta (Neora) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2021, lodged on 23.03.2021, under Sections 363/365/302/201/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58069 of 2022.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that report has been called for about the progress of the trial. From the progress report, it transpires that out of seven witnesses, examination of three witnesses have been taken place and trial Court has taken six months further time to conclude the trial.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
