This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Runnisaidpur Police Station Case No. 11 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 363/366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, as per the First Information Report, is that on 05.01.2019, one Fool Babu, along with some other persons, arrived at the house of the informant and abducted the daughter of the informant and when the informant went to the house of the petitioners for making a complaint, he was abused by the petitioners.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been dragged in this case due to the fact that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57081 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 petitioners happen to be the father and mother of said Fool Babu, who allegedly abducted the daughter of the informant. He further submits that no involvement of the petitioners has been alleged in the abduction of the daughter of the informant. After having heard learned Counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the daughter of the informant has been abducted by one Fool Babu and the petitioners are the parents of said Fool Babu, I am inclined to grant the petitioners privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur Police Station Case No. 11 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
