JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 8.1.2021 (Annexure 1). From perusal of the trial court's report dated 9.2.2022 it appears that the case is pending for appearance of other coaccused persons for commitment of case to the Court of sessions for commencement of trial.

Petitioner is the husband of the victim who died within seven years of marriage in suspicious condition at her matrimonial home.

In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69135 of 2021(3) dt.16-02-2022 2/2 the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2019, let the trial be concluded as early as possible.
