The petitioner is in custody in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1B)A, 26 of Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vehicle in question was purchased by the petitioner and for that purpose he placed reliance Annexure-2. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2019.
