2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 199 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 13.5 litre illicit country made liquor from the bush situated near the house of co-accused Mithilesh Chaudhary, who disclosed the name of petitioner as his associate.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to his criminal antecedents. His name has surfaced in this case on the basis of disclosure statement made by the co-accused due to malafide. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious

Charge-sheet has already been submitted after conclusion of the investigation. Petitioner has two criminal antecedents in which he is on bail. He is in judicial custody since 05.07.2025.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge cum Presiding Officer, Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 3, Chapra, Saran in connection with Parsa P.S.
