The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No.56 of 2017 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 40 of the Bihar State Mineral Rules, 1972.

Considering the nature of offence as also the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accused Rajnish Kumar @ Rajnish Kumar Singh and Ishwar Dayal Singh having identical allegation to that of the petitioner have already been granted pre-arrest bail by this Court, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the petitioner named above is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50485 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No.56 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
