2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 273 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1)/61(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution story, informant, namely, Kamlesh Bhuiya, alleged that accused persons in conspiracy on 26.06.2025 after assaulting brother of the informant killed him as he used to object her wife's extra marital affair with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence. Only a suspicion has been raised against this petitioner on the ground that this petitioner had illicit relationship with the wife of the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in Madanpur P.S. Case No. 273 of 2025.
