JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act. The prosecution case is that the petitioner used to tease informant who persuaded her to elope to Mumbai. On the direction of the petitioner the victim went in the company of a lady on her promise to take her to Mumbai but she took her to Saharsa and ultimately the informant informed the police.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that victim was not recovered from the company of the petitioner. The victim travelled in the company of a lady and not with the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53592 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Dalsing Sarai P.S. Case No. 333 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsing Sarai. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
