Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sirdala P.S. Case No.137 of 2017 under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while she was preparing his work of roof, the petitioner and others came. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with grasa on his head and when his daughter-in-law and sister came to save, the accused persons also assaulted them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is counter case from the side of the petitioner and Sirdala P.S. Case No.136 of 2017 was registered. The petitioner also received injuries. The informant got simple injury but the learned counsel

No.43798 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 for the informant as well as the learned Additional P.P. submitted that the injury caused on head by sharp cutting weapon and the same is grievous in nature and the petitioner is the author of the aforesaid injury. The informant Ramchandra Prasad got one injury on his head which is found to be grievous in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The same is rejected.
