2. Learned counsel for the Accountant General fairly submits that the Accountant General should issue the authority slip in favour of the petitioner within a period of two weeks as per letter dated 12.11.2025 issued by the Accountant General.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the Accountant General has issued the authority slip in favour of the petitioner as per letter dated 12.11.2025, the order of this Court has been fully complied and if the petitioner has aggrieved to any action of the State Authority, he shall be at liberty to challenge the same in an appropriate proceeding.

4. In view of the aforesaid, this application stands disposed of.
