JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-03-2015 It is a fishing kind of writ application which has been filed by the petitioner on some kind of a made out story that only recently he got the original certificate contained in Annexure- 2. A mere look at Annexure- 2 indicates that it was issued on 6th of December, 2001. This petitioner never bothered to collect the certificate from the college in question. Petitioner was a student for Intermediate in the session 1994-96 for which examination was held in the year 1997. More than one and half decade has elapsed. Maintenance of records and availability is an issue. Taking advantage thereof now he wants to change the marks or the division by which he had passed on some kind of a begotten document.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1772 of 2014 dt.13-03-2015 2/2 Respondents have denied the assertion of the petitioner. They have annexed certain original documents which are Annexures A and B, which do not support the claim of the petitioner. In view of such controversial circumstances and at such belated hour, the Court is not inclined to pass any order for any change in marks over and above what has been issued in favour of the petitioner in the year 1997 and 2001.

Writ is dismissed.
