The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 372 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant by the petitioner and Sikandar Sahani.
The learned Magistrate has assessed the age of the victim as 13 years in 164 Cr.P.C. statement, though, the doctor has assessed as 17 years. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim supported the accusation against the petitioner also. Let the learned court below consider the

No.50996 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Turkaulia P.S.
