Though paragraph 3 of the petition discloses the chequered history of the petitioner being accused in 26 case, out of which in some cases he has already been acquitted but the nature of allegation as has been propounded by the prosecution is that during course of inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement of co-accused Dharmendra Kumar from whose house 13.9 litres of foreign liquor (Indian origin) along with other articles as per seizure-list has been seized as well as three other accused were also apprehended therefrom, to the effect that aforesaid wine was supplied by the petitioner Loha Singh as well as Sanjay Singh. From para 72 of the case diary, it is evident that Investigating Officer has some sort of soft corner towards Sanjay Singh.

No.69699 of 2019(3) dt.19-03-2020 2/2 Consequent thereupon, petitioner, Loha Singh @ Arbind Yadav @ Loha Yadav @ Abhay Singh @ Abhay Yadav, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge 2nd-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar, in connection with Excise G.R. Case No. 282/2019, arising out of Nawanagar (Sonbarsha) P.S. Case No. 92/2019.
