2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(ii)(iii), 41(i) (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution story, police upon information intercepted two trucks, bearing registration no. JH10BS-8239 and JH10BS-3411, and upon search of aforesaid two vehicles, 2461.680 liters and 2646 liters respectively of foreign liquor were recovered. Petitioners are owners of both these trucks.

4. Considering the aforesaid fact, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
