2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' case is squarely covered by judgment dated 13.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.16104 of 2024.

In view of the aforesaid, letter no. 2792 dated 22.07.2023, issued under the signature of respondent no.4 by which a direction has been given to the respondent no.5, to issue amended verified pay slip by Pay Verification Cell and the consequential letters, as contained in Annexure-25 series to this writ application, are hereby quashed and the matter is remanded back to the State authorities for proceeding afresh in accordance with law.

4. It goes without saying that the petitioners are entitled to receive pay as earlier.

5. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of.
