JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 The only grievance which the petitioners has is that the State Government of Bihar is yet to take a decision on the question of grant of approval of permanent affiliation under Section 21(2) (d) of the Bihar State Universities Act, 1976. It is specific case of the petitioners that the University has sent recommendation to the State Government for grant of desired approval way back in 2013.
