JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 386, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegation against this petitioner is that on his order the other co-accused have assaulted the informant. The injury found on the person of the informant is simple in nature.

Learned counsel for the informant would submit that the petitioner does not deserve bail as allegation against the

Considering the totality of the fact situation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019.
