The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 155/2014 registered under Sections 407, 391, 323, 325, 308, 354, 379, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(iv)(v)(x)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is contended that co-accused Vijay Mukhiya @ Vijay Mukhia having identical allegation to that of the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52219 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2 / 2 Court vide order dated 23.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19396 of 2015.

Learned special public prosecutor for the State does not dispute this fact.

For the reasons recorded in the aforesaid order dated 23.07.2015, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 155 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
