In the present writ petition, the petitioners are submitting that the Bihar Public Service Commission has wrongly negated to give marks on five correct answers on question nos. 43, 55, 66, 103 and 108 of Set-A and also submitted that as per the authoritative books, they have given right answer. There is no dispute that after the examination, the question paper and model answer were uploaded on the website of the Commission, objections were sought and, accordingly, the candidates have made their objection, that was placed before the Expert Committee to examine the objection of the candidates and, accordingly, the answer was corrected and result have been published.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22538 of 2018 dt.04-12-2018 2/2 This Court cannot act like an appellate authority as this Court has only to see the decision making process as the Court cannot claim the expertise with regard to all subjects and that too with regard to a matter which is an unknown field for this Court.

This Court does not find any merit in this writ petition and, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
