The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner misused the photograph and I. card of the informant's father for getting mobile SIM card and using the same in the commission of murder of Kamlesh Kumar Singh.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has lodged the present case when the name of informant's father sprang up in Kanti P.S. Case No. 147 of 2012.

No.55312 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 250 of 2012 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Muzaffarpur (West). This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
