Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith other robbed to the informant.

Submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Concocted allegation is there as both are residents of the same locality. Some previous dispute was there between the parties. Petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

No.54825 of 2019(4) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid as well as the fact that there is nothing to substantiate that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or abscond the process of law, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kanti Police Station Case No.261 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
