JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 Learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, confines the prayer of the writ petitioner for seeking a direction to the respondent-Bihar State Madrasa Education Board, to take a decision on the inspection report dated 04.06.2018. He submits that the Board ought to have taken decision based on the inspection report by now which is being unnecessarily delayed.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of the writ application with a direction that let the decision be taken by the Bihar State Madrasa Education Board on the inspection report for approval of the Committee of the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
