The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No.385 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 02.06.2019 at about 08.30 A.M., when the informant was sitting at his door, at that time, both the petitioners having sword and bhala in their hand came there. Thereafter, the petitioner no.1 with an intention to kill the informant caused injury with sword on the head of the informant due to which the informant fell down on the ground, whereupon the petitioner no.2 caused injury at the wrist of the left hand of

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while there is allegation against the petitioner no.1 to cause injury on the head of the informant through sword and the petitioner no.2 to cause injury on the wrist of the left hand of the informant with bhala but the injuries, as found on the person of the informant, are simple in nature caused by hard blunt object. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No.385 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
