Patna High Court CWJC No.16938 of 2019(3) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 affidavit, has not been denied or disputed, though copy of the counter affidavit was served on the petitioner's counsel on 25.11.2019.

Petitioner's counsel submits that certain interest is required to be added as there was delay of 8 or 9 months for payment of the said benefit.

For this, the petitioner may approach the Authorities. With liberty, as aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
