JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN) Date: 03-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. At the time of hearing, learned counsel raises only one issue that the petitioner should be permitted to move in appeal against the order by which she was terminated.
In our view, such relief cannot be granted to the petitioner now. The matter was heard at length by a learned Single Judge Bench and the writ petition was dismissed. Thereafter, LPA No.1662 of 2016 filed by the petitioner was also dismissed, after hearing the petitioner at length and considering the matter on merit, vide judgment dated
Patna High Court C. REV. No.556 of 2016 dt.03-05-2017 2/2 19.11.2016. After such decision having been taken on merit even by the Division Bench, now there would be no question of relegating the petitioner to the appellate forum against the order of termination. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
