The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2062 of 2013 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this is a case of purely civil dispute. It is also submitted that the petitioner has not made any agreement with the complainant for selling the land, even then the complainant made pressure for executing the sale deed and due to that reason, he has falsely been implicated in this case by the complainant. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1343 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Banka in connection with Complaint Case No. 2062 of 2013 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
