The present contempt petition has been preferred for compliance of order dated 05.12.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17793 of 2016 by which direction was given to the opposite party to take decision with regard to the promotion of the petitioners.

A show cause on behalf of opposite party no. 2 is on record annexing the order vide memo No. 574 dated 26.06.2018 (Annexure- A) passed by the Regional Deputy Director, Education, Magadh Division Gaya as also the office of District Education Officer, Jahanabad vide memo no. 497 dated 05.03.2019 on record by which decisions have been taken. In that view of the matter, no contempt is made out. Accordingly, the MJC No. 4408 of 2018 stands disposed of.
