Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No.142 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. There is case and counter case between both sides and both parties have sustained injuries. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

No.62753 of 2022(2) dt.06-01-2023 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Bharrahi O.P.) P.S. Case No.142 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
