2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"directing the respondent mainly respondent no. 4 to pay the enhance compensation rate for the land acquired by the Govt. for the purpose of construction of road from Patna-AraSasaram (Road No. 119)"

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the NHAI submits that already the award has been prepared by the Competent

Patna High Court CWJC No.14900 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 Officer-cum-District Land Acquisition Officer, Bhojpur at Ara (Annexure P/1 to the petition) and as such, if the petitioner wants enhanced compensation, he has to move before the Arbitrator-cum-Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna (respondent no. 2).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be doing the needful in next four weeks.

5. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned authority, the Arbitrator-cum-Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna in next four weeks and if such petition is filed, to take the matter to its logical conclusion within the time frame stipulated under the Act.
