The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tarabari P.S. Case No.65 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 326, 307, 504/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted that there is specific allegation against Mansoor Master of firing with pistol on the informant. There is omnibus and general allegation against the petitioner. Another accused with similar allegation has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 27.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.44531 of 2016.

From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No.65 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vth, Araria, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
