After submission at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his grievance is now confined to nonconsideration of his representation and if the respondents may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order that will suffice the purpose of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to District Education Officer, Bhagalpur (respondent no.4) to examine the case of the petitioner in accordance with the decision passed by this Court as well as by the Apex Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.213 of 2017 dt.22-03-2018 2/2 with regard to the legality and validity of the qualification acquired by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the legality and validity of the claim of the petitioner to the recognition of the degree, as obtained by the Hindi Vidyapith Deoghar.
