Apprehension of the petitioner in the present writ application is that petitioner's admission is provisional, subject to review by the State Commissioner, Disability, respondent no.7. He submits that 15 days time have been granted for review by respondent no.7. His apprehension is that he may suffer adversely, if the respondent no.7 does not decide the same within 15 days from 16.08.2019.
