=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) Date: 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has approached this Court pointing out the difficulties in issuance of rectified Form C and F, as there was no online procedure for rectification of such declarations.

3. An affidavit has been filed on behalf of Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Bihar wherein it has been stated that the modules for online rectification of Form C is to be customized for implementation in Bihar with effect from April, 2016. It is also pointed out that the process for cancellation of forms already downloaded from the system has been finalized and is being coded by the technical solution provider. The development of software needs to incorporate features to ensure that the new system may become foolproof enough to tackle the problem of misuse of already downloaded forms in the State. This system is under technical development and is expected to be functional from the coming financial year.

5. With the directions/observations aforesaid, the writ applications stand disposed of.
