JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.09.2016 in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 265 of 2016 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC.

The informant's daughter was married with Rahul Kumar on 20.06.2013 in which she gifted the items according to her capacity but Rahul Kumar and his family members started demanding dowry and assaulting her daughter.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2016 and the charge sheet has

The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Muffasil (Singhaul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 265 of 2016.
