2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 110 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence on hearing hulla near the Primary School, informant went there to pacify the matter upon which petitioners along with F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted him with Farsa, lathi and danda causing injury. When the two sons of informant came to save him, Ashok Paswan and Indrabali Paswan

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. There is case and counter case between the parties. Injury on Chandan Paswan (son of the informant) is simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 06.06.2025 and 15.06.2025 respectively. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence or absconding of the petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Ramdev Paswan, Anil Paswan and Saroj Paswan @ Saroj Kumar @ Saroj Kumar Paswan have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 30.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47172 of 2025.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
