JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in jail custody since 3.10.2015 but he has not been put on TIP. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that one co-accused Rana Sonar was identified by the witnesses in TIP and the looted articles were recovered from the house of the co-accused Shilpa and Priyanka on the basis of confessional statement made by the other accused.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54059 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad ( Town) P.S.Case No. 94 of 2014.
