Petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2016 in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016 registered under Sections 399, 402, 414, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. 3.
According to the prosecution, four accused persons were apprehended with one loaded country made Pistol with two cartridge and mobile. It is alleged that they were making conspiracy to commit loot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Though there is allegation of making conspiracy to commit loot, but nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1410 of 2017 (2) dt.16-01-2017 petitioner has got clean antecedents. Moreover, co-accused, namely, Shubham Kumar Gupta @ Subham Kumar Gupta, Ajit Kumar and Dhananjay Kumar, have already been granted bail by the High Court. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-IV, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016/ S.Tr. No. 470 of 2016/163 of 2016.
