The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No.126 of 2011 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has come in this case in the confessional statement of the co-accused Ajay Rai. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the commission of the alleged offence. Further submission is that as the petitioner is accused in three other cases, as detailed in paragraph-3 to this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1497 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 application, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2016 in this case. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Divya Prakash, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Ekma P.S.
