Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47655 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 09-11-2015 These two applications are filed on behalf of the petitioners for grant of regular bail who are accused in connection with Sikaroul PS Case No. 29 of 2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the submission that similarly circumstanced accused persons have been granted bail by this Court by order dated 22.9.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23254 of 2015, these applications are allowed as the allegations against these petitioners are identical in nature.
Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Sikaroul PS Case No. 29 of 2015.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
