JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-09-2021 In course of hearing Mr. Rajan Ghoshrave, learned counsel for the petitioner understands that once the learned Magistrate has considered his application in terms of the order dated 04.07.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. WJC No. 979 of 2018, no case for contempt is made out.

Mr. Rajan Ghoshrave, however, submits that there are reasons for moving this Court because the victim is still
