2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 274/275 of B.N.S. & 30(a), 32, 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 25 litres of country made was recovered near the house of the petitioner. It is alleged that the petitioner succeeded to flee away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner name has been disclosed by the local Chaukidar. Further submission is that petitioner has no concern with the illicit seized liquor. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Court No. 1, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Banjariya P.S. Case No. 212/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
