JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jarja PS Case No. 68 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 201and 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife of brother of the husband of the deceased and lives separately. Moreover, the husband of the deceased was put on trial in Sessions Trial No. 784 of 2016 and he was acquired due to lack of evidence and the investigation against the petitioner is still continuing and she has got no criminal antecedent rather the deceased died due to tuberculosis. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Raj Kumari Devi in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52939 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.Tiwary, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja PS Case No. 68 of 2014 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
