2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"(i) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay compensation in terms of Bihar Land Acquisition Re-establishment and Rehabilitation Policy, 2007 ( बबहारभू- अरनपुनःसथापनाएवंपुनवारस नीबत, 2007) which provides 60% solatium and 128 interest from September 2011 (27.09.2011) when the respondents took possession over the land till the date of payment.
Patna High Court CWJC No.22917 of 2018(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 (ii) For issuance of direction to furnish break up of determination of valuation of land and addition of 50% of the valuation of land and 60% solatium thereon payable to the petitioners so that the petitioners can know the amount paid and to be paid.
Or issue appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions writ /writs, or pass such other order /orders which may be found just and proper."
3. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the amount has been received by the petitioner and liberty be granted to agitate the matter so far as the interest part is concerned.
4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
