2. The petitioner is seeking following reliefs:- (i) To issue rule in the nature of certiorari to quash the order, issued vide Memo No. 2221 dated 25.6.2019 by which the service of petitioner has been transferred from Chiraiya to Kalyanpur under Kalyanpur Block.

(ii) To issue rule in the nature of Mandamus, thereby direct the authority concerned to disturb the present position of the petitioner from where the service of the petitioner has been transferred from Chiraiya to Kalyanpur under Kalyanpur

3. Without commending upon the merits of the petitioner's claim, it is observed that petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, for the redressal of her grievance.
