JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 27-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned Special Public Prosecutor.

It has been alleged by the informant that he made protest while lifting wood at the end of both the appellants whereupon, they abused by caste name and further, assaulted by the said wood as a result of which, he sustained fracture of his hand. Appellants happen to be under custody since 05.11.2016. Considering the nature of the allegation in consonance with the period of detention, appellants, Amarjeet Singh and Ganesh Singh are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas in connection with Dehri

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.82 of 2017 (04) dt.27-03-2017 SC/ST P. S. Case No.73 of 2016, after setting aside the order impugned dated 24.11.2016 passed by 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas in Dehri S.C./S.T. Police Station Case No.73 of 2016.

Accordingly, instant appeal is allowed.
