2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the place of occurrence after seeing the police party. Name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sanjeep Kumar @ Sanjeet Kumar, who was apprehended on spot with arms and ammunition. No arms or ammunition has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S.
