2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the regular bail granted to Opposite Parties vide order dated 27.03.2023 passed in Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 354 of 2022 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite parties falsely represented that the vehicle in question belonged to the petitioner. It is further submitted that they cheated the petitioner by neither transferring the ownership of the vehicle in his favour nor providing the vehicle to him on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63256 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 rent.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has failed to make out a case warranting cancellation of bail, hence, no ground is made out for interference with the impugned order passed by the court below.
