The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Banka to dispose of the Supply Appeal Case No. 11/15-16 filed by the petitioner; for setting aside the order dated 20.03.2015 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Banka by which he has cancelled the P.D.S. license being license no. 33/12 of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer

Patna High Court CWJC No.17403 of 2015 dt.18-08-2018 of the petitioner with regard to disposal of the aforesaid supply appeal.

4. From paragraph-16 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, it transpires that the said appeal has since been disposed of on 24.06.2016 (Annexure-A) during the pendency of the writ petition.

5. In the above view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed.
